Each game that you play gives your points (G) based on achieving certain goals, eg. 50 points for finishing in 1st place in a season playing NHL 2k7.

The images on the bottom row show the last 5 games that were played. Rep is reputation - based on feedback from other online gamers, and zone is selected by the player - recreation, hardcore, etc.
